What we seal
We seal wood docks, walkways, and gangways. We do the railings, steps, and piling caps too. Private docks or bigger commercial ones, we seal the whole thing.
Made for salt and water
Dock wood needs a sealer that can take salt and constant water. A cheap stain just peels and traps moisture. We use tough sealers made for the water, so the finish holds up.
How long it lasts
Docks get more sun and water than a backyard deck. That means they need a fresh coat sooner. We walk the dock with you and give you a real timeline.
Available for residential and commercial projects
We seal docks for homes and businesses. That means private docks, but also marinas, rentals, and waterfront businesses. Jobs run from 500 to 20,000 square feet, and Derek does every one himself.

Common questions
- Can you seal a gray, splintered dock?
- Most of the time, yes. We clean it, sand it where it needs it, and seal it back to solid wood. If a board is too far gone, Derek will tell you straight.
- Do your sealers hold up to salt water?
- Yes. We use tough sealers made for salt and water. They won't peel or trap moisture like cheap deck stains do.
- How long does dock sealing last?
- A dock gets a lot of sun and water, so it needs a fresh coat sooner than a deck. Derek gives you a real timeline on the free visit.
